Skyport Tycoon ("Game") is developed by Underline Studio, a division of Underline LLC ("Underline," "we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Nebraska, United States.

Skyport Tycoon does not require an account, and your game progress is stored locally on your device.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

Skyport Tycoon uses local device storage to save information necessary for gameplay, including:

• Coins, gems, and other in-game currencies
• Airports, terminals, and unlocked locations
• Upgrades, crew members, and research progress
• Missions, achievements, and daily rewards
• Game settings, including sound and theme preferences
• Purchase-related information necessary to apply purchased content

This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers operated by Underline.

Removing the Game or clearing its application data may permanently erase locally stored progress.

Rewarded advertisements are initiated voluntarily by players in exchange for in-game benefits.

Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device.

You may delete locally stored information by:

1. Selecting Settings → Reset Progress within the Game.
2. Clearing the Game's application data through Android settings.
3. Uninstalling the Game, subject to any device backup or restoration features.

Information independently maintained by Google or Discord must be managed through their respective services.

Underline does not maintain cloud accounts containing Skyport Tycoon gameplay progress.

9. Data Security

We strive to minimize the information handled by Skyport Tycoon.

Because gameplay progress is stored locally, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device and operating system.

No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. International Users

Skyport Tycoon may be accessible to players outside the United States.

Third-party providers, including Google, may process information in other countries according to their applicable policies.
